At LUMINOUS, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a factory-direct diamond brand, we maintain strict quality standards while offering a fair return and exchange policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and unworn

No scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear and tear

Original packaging must be intact

All tags, invoices, and documents must be returned

The solitaire diamond certification number must match the original certificate provided

The certification must be returned in original condition

No physical damage must be caused to the jewelry

If any of the above conditions are not met, LUMINOUS reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized jewelry

Products that have been resized or modified upon customer request

Items damaged after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval.

5. Exchange Process

Customers may exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value.

If exchanging for a higher value product, the price difference must be paid.

Exchange orders will follow standard manufacturing timelines (up to 14 working days).

6. Return Shipping

Customers must inform us before sending any product back.

Return shipping instructions will be provided by our team.

LUMINOUS reserves the right to arrange secure return pickup for high-value items.

As every LUMINOUS product is crafted with certified diamonds and goes through multiple quality checks, strict verification will be conducted upon return to ensure authenticity and condition.
